As an experienced leader, trainer and supervisor I'm highly adept at communicating complex information clearly. I have a keen eye for recognizing excellence in individuals and colleagues. And, I enjoy inspiring team members to achieve their potential while working toward common goals.

Originally from Missouri, I spent four years in the United States Marine Corps (Simpre Fi!) and served a two year service mission for my Church in California. I currently reside in Arizona as a Father and Husband to my family, enjoy time with them and serving in the community and my Church.

My military and Church service experience taught me life skills that I've highly valued including discipline, learning, work ethic, integrity, team work and problem solving. These values continue as a part of my character and interaction with people and companies I work for.
